Magdalenas de limon: the recipe to make them fluffy and fragrant in no time

Ingredients:
3 eggs
130 ml of cream
80 ml of sunflower seeds oil
250 g of sugar + 30 g for decoration
1 grated lemon zest
260 g of flour
16 g of baking powder
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs and sugar. Then add cream and oil.
2. Now mix in grated lemon zest and its juice.
3. Sift and stir in flour and baking powder.
4. Pour the batter in a muffin mold and sprinkle with sugar on top.
5. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
