Beer tenderloin pork: the recipe for a tasty meat dish

Ingredients:
(for 4 servings)
2 pork tenderloins
Salt and pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
3 carrots
Laurel leaves
150 g of mushrooms
300 ml of beer
250 g of meat broth or water
Directions:
1. Drizzle some olive oil in a large pan and sear the meat. Then set aside.
2. Saute garlic, onion, chopped carrots and laurel leaves in the same pan.
3. Then add mushrooms and place meat back again.
4. Now pour in the beer and cook at high heat until the alcohol evaporates.
5. Lastly, add broth too. Cover with a lid and let simmer at medium heat for 20 minutes.
6. Slice the meat and serve with vegetables and cooking juice.
