Chicken Parmesan: the recipe for a tasty and juicy meat dish

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (150 g each)
1-2 eggs
1 onion
75 g of breadcrumbs
2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of oregano
1/4 tsp of chili flakes
350 ml of tomato puree
200 ml of sunflower oil
20 ml of olive oil
125 g of mozzarella cheese
100 g of all-purpose flour
75 g of parmesan
Salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Slice the meat and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Mix breadcrumbs onion, garlic, oregano, parmesan, salt, pepper and flour in a bowl.
3. Coat the chicken with flour, dip in whisked eggs and coat with the breading.
4. Fry in a pan with vegetable oil for 3 minutes each side.
5. Make the sauce by frying chopped onion for two minutes in a pan, then add tomato puree.
6. Season with garlic, chili flakes, salt and black pepper.
7. Stir and let cook until it thicken.
8. Place fried chicken in a tray and pour sauce on top. Then add sliced mozzarella and grated parmesan.
9. Bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
