Potato patties: the recipe to make them extra crispy and savory

Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
2 eggs
120 g of yogurt
4 tbsp of flour
Dill
Mozzarella cheese
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes, cut them in pieces and boil them.

Directions:
1. Peel potatoes, cut them in pieces and boil them.
2. Stir fry chopped onion and grated carrot in a pan with some oil.
3. Mix eggs with yogurt, salt and flour. Stir well to make and even batter.
4. Mash potatoes and add vegetables from the pan. Season with salt, pepper and chopped dill.
5. Now shape the patties, fill with mozzarella cheese and dip them in the batter you made before.
6. Fry in a pan with oil until crispy on both sides.
