Mini meatloaf: the recipe to make them crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside

Ingredients:
450 g of minced meat
1 onion
4 stale bread slices
250 ml of milk
1 carrot
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Parsley
150 g of cheese
100 g of breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
Directions:
1. For starters, soak stale bread in milk.
2. Blend onion and mix it with minced meat.
3. Add grated carrot, salt, pepper, egg and parsley.
4. Lastly mix in squeezed bread.
5. Shape the mini meatloaf and stuff them with a piece of cheese in the middle.
6. Coat them in breadcrumbs.
7. Fry in hot vegetable oil until golden on both sides.
8. Then bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
