Berries cheesecake: the recipe for a delicious dessert everyone will love

Ingredients:
- For the filling:
800 g of ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
150 g of sugar
200 g of sour cream or greek yogurt
1 tsp of vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
50 g of corn starch
4 eggs
1 lemon zest
100 g of butter
- For the berries mousse:
15 g of gelatin
90 ml of water
600 g of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
150 g of sugar
20 ml of lemon juice
100 ml of water
Directions:
1. Mix cheese, sugar, vanilla, yogurt, butter, cornstarch, eggs and lemon zest in a large bowl.
2. Bake at 150° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
4. Hydrate gelatin in water and let sit for 7-10 minutes.
5. Pour berries in a saucepan. Then add water, sugar and lemon juice.
6. Bring to a boil then add hydrated gelatin and stir well.
7. Pour this mixture on top of the cheesecake.
8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
