Smash burger: how to make it extra tasty at home

Ingredients:
250 g of minced meat
4 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of tomato ketchup
1 tbsp of mustard
1/8 tsp of white wine vinegar
Lettuce
White onion
Pickles
Brioche bun
Burger cheese
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Divide meat in two even parts.
2. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar and black pepper.
3. Toast the buns into a hot pan.
4. Now cook the meat by pressing them down.
5. Season with salt and pepper, then put chopped onion on top.
6. Cook 2 minutes each side, then add cheese on top and cover for 1 minute.
7. Assemble the burger with meat, sauce, burgers and pickles.
