Swivel pastries: the recipe to make them delicious at home

Ingredients:
3 tbsp of sugar
150 ml of kefir or yogurt
1 egg
1 pinch of vanilla
1 pinch of salt
70 ml of vegetable oil
350 g of flour
1 tbsp of baking powder
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, yogurt, egg, vanilla, salt and oil in a large bowl.
2. Now add flour and baking powder, a little bit at a time.
3. Knead into a smooth and even dough, then cut in smaller pieces.
4. Flatten each piece using a rolling pin and shape the swivels.
5. Coat them in granulated sugar and place in a baking tray.
6. Bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes.
