How to cook a perfect steak: the recipe step by step

Ingredients:

350 g of sirloin steak

30 g of unsalted butter

2 garlic cloves

3 sprigs of rosemary

Salt

Black pepper

Directions:

1. Rest the steak until room temperature.

2. Pat dry with paper towel, then season with salt and pepper.

3. Cook in a cast iron pan on high heat with oil on the bottom.

4. Cook for 6 minutes, turning over ever 1,5 minutes.

5. When there are 2 minutes left add butter, rosemary and peeled garlic cloves.

6. Remove from the pan, let rest for 5 minutes and serve.
