Homemade giant lion recipe: a step by step dessert to die for!

How to turn your favorite chocolate bar into an incredible dessert!
INGREDIENTS
Milk chocolate - 100 g
Dark chocolate - 20 g
White chocolate ganache:
White chocolate - 50 g
Heavy cream - 30 ml (here 35%)
Butter - 10 g
Sugar - 350 g
Water - 150 g
Heavy cream - 80 ml (35%)
Butter - 30 g
Vanilla wafers - 300 g
Puff rice - 70 g
Milk chocolate - 160 g
Dark chocolate - 40 g
METHOD
- Melt together milk chocolate with dark chocolate. Spread it onto the parchment paper into the pan.
- Transfer to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl mix milk chocolate with hot cream
- and butter ( or microwave it )
- In a saucepan add water with sugar, cook on medium heat until 160 ‘ C ( 320 ‘ F ) add butter and heavy cream.
- Take the chocolate base from refrigerator spread white chocolate mixture onto it, put wafers on top and repeat it again, transfer to refrigerator.
- In a bowl, mix puff rise with caramel and lay waffles with it. Transfer again to the refrigerator.
- Melt milk chocolate with dark chocolate and pour it onto the prepared lion. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
