Stuffed buns: the recipe for a tasty appetizer with no-knead

Ingredients:
- For the stuffing:
30 g of dried mushrooms
45-50 g of noodles
150 g of shrimps
200 g of chicken breast
1 onion
1 carrot
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of ostrich sauce
1 egg
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
- For the buns:
Phyllo dough sheets
140 ml of milk
70 ml of oil
1 egg
Sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Soak mushrooms in hot water for 30 minutes.
2. Also soak noodles in hot water for 15 minutes.
3. Finely grind shrimps, chicken meat, mushrooms and onion. Mix them together.
4. Add grated carrot, chopped noodles and egg.
5. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and ostrich sauce.
6. Aside, mix egg, milk and oil. Then dip phyllo dough sheets into this mixture.
7. Place the stuffing in the middle and close into a swivel.
8. Brush them with the milk mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
9. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
