Baked eggplant sandwich: the recipe for a tasty meal

Ingredients:
2 eggplants
Sliced cheese
Cheese
Bacon
Breadcrumbs
Garlic powder
Dill
2 eggs
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Peel and slice eggplants. Then sprinkle with salt.
2. Make the breading with breadcrumbs, garlic and chopped dill.
3. Whisk the eggs with a bit of salt and pepper.
4. Fill eggplant slices with cheese and bacon as a sandwich.
5. Dip in whisked eggs and coat with the breading.
6. Place in a tray coated with baking paper and drizzle with olive oil.
7. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
