Zucchini crepes: the recipe to make them tasty and elastic

Ingredients: 
2 zucchini 
2 potatoes
350 ml of milk 
3 eggs 
200 g of flour 
1 tsp of salt 
Vegetable oil 
Sour cream 
Parsley 
Green onion 
 
Directions: 
1. Grate zucchini and potatoes, then squeeze them well. 
2. Mix eggs, milk and flour; then pour this mixture onto the vegetables. 
3. Now add oil and mix well. 
4. Cook the crepes in a greased pan for 2 minutes each side. 
5. Stuff them with sour cream, parsley and green onion.
