Boston cream pie: the creamy and delicious dessert everyone will love

Ingredients:
- For the custard:
4 egg yolks
60 g of condensed milk
30 g of corn starch
60 g of sugar
10 g of vanilla sugar
320 ml of milk
20 g of butter
- For the base:
4 egg yolks
50 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
50 g of vegetable oil
60 ml of milk
100 g of flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp of vinegar
60 g of sugar
- For the ganache:
120 g of dark chocolate
120 g of whipped cream
Directions:
1. Custard: mix egg yolks, condensed milk, corn starch, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan.
2. Pour milk and cook on the stove stirring continuously until it thickens.
3. Stir in butter and let cool at room temperature.
4. Base: whisk egg yolks with sugar, salt and oil. Then add milk, too.
5. Stir in sifted flour and baking powder, too.
6. Aside, whisk egg whites with a bit of vinegar and gradually mix in sugar.
7. Mix the two batters and pour in a mold coated with baking paper.
8. Bake at 170° for 20 minutes.
9. Refine the cake and layer the custard from before.
10. Ganache: melt chocolate and cream together in the microwave, then use this mixture to coat the cake's top.
11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, then serve.
