Baked eggplant skewers: the recipe for a tasty and light meal

Ingredients:
1 eggplant
200 g of breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Dried oregano
Olive oil
Olive oil
70 g of turkey
100 g of gouda cheese
Directions:
1. Slice the eggplant and sprinkle with salt.
2. Let sit for 15 minutes.
3. Dry them well using some paper towel.
4. Make the breading mixing breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika and oregano.
5. Coat eggplants with this mixture, fill and roll.
6. Make the skewers and drizzle with some olive oil.
7. Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
