Homemade buns: the recipe to make them tasty and fluffy

Ingredients:
350 g of cake flour
175 ml of water
25 g of melted butter
20 g of sugar
10 g of fresh brewer's yeast
8 g of salt
Sesame seeds for decoration
1 egg for brushing
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Knead until you get a smooth and even dough.
3. Cover and let rise for 2 hours.
4. Cut in smaller pieces about 60 g each.
5. Shape into little balls and place them in a tray.
6. Cover and let rise one more hour.
7. Brush with whisked egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
