No-bake coconut and chocolate cake: the easy dessert ready in 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS (for a 20 cm mold)
100g sugar
40g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
75g corn starch

800ml milk
100g dark or milk chocolate
250g mascarpone (or replace it with ricotta or cream cheese)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Grated coconut for decoration

PREPARATION
1. Pour the sugar, cocoa, starch or cornstarch and milk into a saucepan a little at a time.
2. Mix well until everything is well combined and cook over low heat.

5. Pour the mixture into a cake pan and place in the fridge for at least an hour (we recommend using a springform pan or putting baking paper on the bottom of the cake pan.
