Stuffed bell peppers: the simple and tasty dish to try I

Ingredients:
5 bell peppers
800 g of potatoes
80 g of grated cheese
Salt
Parsley
Scamorza cheese
1 egg
Ham
Breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. For starters, boil potatoes and mash them.
2. Place in a bowl and add salt, cheese, parsley, egg, scamorza cheese and ham.
3. Empty the bell peppers and stuff them.
4. Cover with breadcrumbs and drizzle with olive oil.
5. Bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
