Eggplant rolls: EASY AND DELICIOUS!

Ingredients
2 aubergines
2 potatoes
seed oil

Preparation
1. Cut the potatoes into chunks and soak them in plenty of water.
2. Cut the aubergines into slices and bake them in the oven at 200° for 15 minutes or grill them.
3. Prepare the filling by mashing the potatoes and combining them with cheese, spices and sausages if you like. Alternatively, you can use bacon or salami.
4. Stuff the rolls and place them on a baking tray.
5. Cover with more cheese if you want and bake at 200° for 10 minutes.
