Ingredients:
• 350 g of sweet cherries
• 250 g of quark cheese
• 150 ml of milk
• 2 eggs
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• 1 sachet of vanilla pudding mix
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pack of fresh puff pastry (275 g)
• 1 tablespoon butter
• flaked almonds
• powdered sugar

Roll out the puff pastry and put it into the cake tin.
Combine the milk, grapes, cheese and the custard powder in a bowl.
Add the sugar and vanilla and mix everything well.
Pour the mixture onto the puff pastry and add the cherries.
Bake for at least 30 minutes at 180C or until golden brown.
