Chicken and mushrooms: the recipe to make a tasty and creamy dish

Ingredients:
6 chicken thighs
1 onion
600 g of potatoes
Vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves
300 g of mushrooms
2 tbsp of flour
Half a cup of white wine
1 cup of water (or chicken broth)
2 laurel leaves
Parsley
200 g of cooking cream
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper and olive oil.
2. Peel potatoes, cut them in pieces and boil until soft.
3. Fry the chicken in a pan on both sides, then set aside.
4. Sautee chopped onion in the same pan for 2-3 minutes. Then add mushrooms.
5. Add minced garlic and flour, too. Then pour wine and water.
6. Place chicken back in the pan, cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Then remove the lid, flip the meat and let cook for 10 minutes more.
8. Add cooking cream and let cook for 2 minutes. Then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
9. Serve meat with mashed potatoes.
