Zucchini and cabbage patties: the recipe to make vegetables tasty

Ingredients:
2 zucchini (450 g)
250 g of cabbage
Parsley and dill
Chives
1 garlic clove
100 g of grated cheese
1 potato
1 egg
90 g of flour
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Grate zucchini, season with salt and let sit.
2. Boil cabbage for 3 minutes, then squeeze excess water and finely cut.
3. Squeeze zucchini too and mix the two in a bowl.
4. Add parsley, dill, chives, minced garlic, grated zucchini, grated potato and egg.
5. Blend well, then season with salt and pepper.
6. Lastly add flour and stir into a smooth dough.
7. Now shape the patties and fry them in a pan with some olive oil until golden and crispy on both sides.
