Ingredients
Courgettes
Onion
Dill and parsley
Garlic 2 cloves
Sale 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
Black pepper
hot pepper

Method
Cut the courgettes into slices and place them in a bowl.
Add the onions and herbs. Add the salt, pepper, a little sugar and chili.

Add the garlic, mustard, and balsamic vinegar.
Pour the mixture into the fairy paper or create a parcel.
Leave to rest and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
