Butter cookies: the recipe to make them delicious and crumbly at home

Ingredients:
230 g of cake flour
10 g of baking powder
1 egg
80 g of powdered sugar
120 g of pineapple yogurt
90 g of butter
Jam
Powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Mix butter and powdered sugar, then stir in the egg.
2. Add yogurt too and pour this mixture into sifted flour and baking powder.
3. Mix to combine all of the ingredients.
4. Pour the batter into a piping bag.
5. Shape the cookies onto a tray coated with baking paper.
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then fill with jam.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for about 15-20 minutes.
8. Decorate with powdered sugar.
