Lemon custard pie: the recipe to make a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
300 g of flour
120 g of sugar
90 g of oil (or 120 g of butter)
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 and 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 lemon
Custard
Biscuits
Directions:
1. Mix flour, eggs, sugar and lemon zest in a bowl.
2. Now add oil, baking powder and salt.
3. Wrap the dough in plastic and let sit for 30 minutes.
4. Cut and flatten the dough. Then place it in a mold.
5. Crumble the biscuits and fill with some lemon custard.
6. Cover with another dough layer and seal the edges.
7. Mix grated lemon zest and egg whites, then brush the pie surface with this mixture.
8. Decorate with more crumbled biscuits.
9. Bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes.
