Tangerine crinkle cookies: the recipe to make them delicious and fragrant

Ingredients:
1 egg
30 g of sugar
45 g of seeds oil
1 lemon zest
1 tangerine zest
1 tangerine juice
1 tsp of baking powder
150 g of cake flour
Powdered sugar
Granulated sugar
Directions:
1. Start by mixing egg and sugar.
2. Then stir in oil, lemon zest and tangerine juice.
3. Add baking powder and flour, then knead until you get a smooth and even dough.
4. Wrap it in plastic and place in the fridge fro 15 minutes.
5. Cut the dough in small pieces and shape the cookies.
6. Coat them in granulated sugar first, then in powdered sugar.
7. Place the cookie in a tray coated with baking powder.
8. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
9. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
