Homemade crepes: the recipe to make them delicious and elastic

Ingredients:
250 ml of whole milk
125 g of bread flour
2 eggs
20 g of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract or 1 packet of vanillin
Hazelnut spread or any other filling you like
Directions:
1. Mix flour, milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
2. Blend until you get a smooth batter.
3. Cook the crepes in a small buttered or oiled pan.
4. Fill in the middle and fold.
5. Decorate with powdered sugar.
