Rolled up biscuits: the recipe for some easy and delicious treats

Ingredients: 
330 g of ricotta cheese
2 eggs 
Salt 
1 orange
60 g of sugar
180 g of butter
400 g of flour 
8 g of baking powder
Jam 
 
Directions: 
1. Mix eggs with soft butter in a bowl. 
2. Now add sugar, ricotta cheese, grated orange zest and flour a little bit at a time. 
3. Lastly stir in salt and baking powder. 
4. Knead until you get a soft and even dough. 
5. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin and cut into a rectangle. 
6. Fill with jam and roll from the bigger side. 
7. Seal the edges and cut to shape some swivels. 
8. Bake at 180° for about 25 minutes. 
9. Decorate with powdered sugar.
