Wine pork stew: the recipe to make it creamy and savory

Ingredients:
2 pork fillets
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
150 ml of red wine
250 ml of meat stock or water
1 tbsp of corn starch
80 ml of meat stock
Directions:
1. Cut meat into 2 cm thick slices.
2. Fry them in a pan with olive oil one minute each side. Then set aside.
3. Pour sliced onion and garlic in the same pan, then season with salt and pepper.
4. Now add wine and reduce for 3 minutes.
5. Add meat stock and blend to make a thick sauce.
6. Pour in the pan with meat. Then add a corn starch and meat stock mixture.
7. Cook everything for 5 minutes.
