Homemade croutons: the recipe to make them crunchy and tasty

Ingredients:
230 g of cake flour
4 g of baking powder
1 g of chopped rosemary
40 g of grated cheese
Salt
40 g of pitted black olives
30 g of sun-dried tomatoes
2 eggs
80 ml of milk
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, baking powder, rosemary and grated cheese.
2. Stir in eggs, salt and milk.
3. Blend all of the ingredients and add diced tomatoes and olives.
4. Place the dough into a muffin mold coated with baking paper.
5. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes, then let cool.
6. Cut in thin slices and place them in a baking tray.
7. Bake again at 200° for 10 minutes.
