Potato omelette: the recipe for a easy, quick and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
1 leek
600 g of potatoes
2 tbsp
2-3 tbsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Smoked paprika
Fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Finely slice leek and fry it in a pan with butter.
2. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until softened.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Grate potatoes and mix them with cooked leek.
5. Pour the mixture in a pan and fry for 5 minutes on both sides.
6. Serve with paprika and parsley on top.
