Mantovana pasta: the delicious recipe with pumpkin

Ingredients:
200 g Mantovana pumpkin
200 g penne
1 clove of onion
100 ml of cooking cream
2 amaretti
salt, pepper, oil

Directions:
1. Cut the pumpkin and cook in a pan with onion and oil.
2. Then mash it and add the cooking cream.
3. Add the crumbled amaretti and let everything mix together.
