Puff pastry aperitif: 3 ideas

Ingredients for 40 rustici:
1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
250 g ricotta
100 g cooked spinach
160 g tuna in oil
1 egg yolk
mixed seeds for decoration
1 tablespoon parmesan
salt, thyme

Directions:
1. In a bowl mix half of the ricotta with the spinach and parmesan.
2. In another bowl mix the other half of the ricotta with the tuna and thyme.
3. Roll out the puff pastry and fill it.
4. Let them rest in the freezer for 20 minutes.
5. Decorate the surface and shape the rustici.
6. Bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
