Spinach and potato casserole

Ingredients:
Frozen spinach 500gr
Potatoes 500gr
Olive oil
Sunflower oil
Butter 20g
1 Red onion
1 Clove of garlic
2 Green onions
Water 150ml
Milk 400ml
Nutmeg
Chili pepper
Salt and pepper
Flour 50gr
Grated mozzarella 100gr
Frozen spinach 500gr
Potatoes 500gr

Directions:
1. First cut the potatoes into slices and arrange them on a baking tray.
2. Season the potatoes and bake at 180° for 35 minutes.
3. Cook the spinach in a pan with flour and milk.
4. Assemble everything in the baking tray and bake for another 15 minutes.
