Hazelnut and chocolate sponge cake

Ingredients:
120g of 00 flour
100g of finely chopped hazelnuts
50g of butter
150g of sugar
2 medium eggs
200g of cooking cream (for savory recipes)
1 sachet of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vanilla
for the topping:
40g of chopped hazelnuts
40g of chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Start mixing the butter with the sugar.
2. Then add the eggs, vanilla and cooking cream.
3. Finally add the hazelnuts, flour and baking powder.
4. Pour the mixture into the mold and cover with hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
5. Bake at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
