Roasted chicken and vegetables: the effortless recipe to make it in no time

Ingredients:
400 g of chicken breast
1 onion
3 medium potatoes
2 medium carrots
1 medium bell peppers
1 garlic clove
30 ml of olive oil
15 ml of seeds oil
Spices and seasoning: salt, pepper, paprika and ginger
Fresh parsley
60 ml of water
Half a lemon juice
25 g of tomato paste
1 rosemary sprig
1 chili pepper (optional)
Directions:
1. Finely chop the onion, then cut vegetables and chicken in pieces.
2. Mix olive oil, seeds oil, salt, pepper, paprika, ginger, lemon juice, tomato paste, chopped parsley and water in a bowl.
3. Coat a tray with baking paper and pour all of the ingredients in it.
4. Add seasoning mixture too and stir to blend.
5. Cover with more baking paper and aluminum foil.
6. Bake at 180° for 45 minutes but remove baking paper and foil for the last 10 minutes.
