Veggie cabbage rolls: the recipe to make them tasty with no meat

Ingredients:
8 cabbage leaves
250 g of boiled lentils
1 carrot
1/4 onion
1 egg
2 tbsp of grated cheese
Salt and pepper
Oil
Breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Cook cabbage leaves in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then let cool.
2. Blend lentils, carrot, onion, parsley and egg to make a smooth filling.
3. Then add grated cheese, salt and pepper.
4. Use this mixture to stuff cabbage leaves and close to shape the rolls.
5. Sprinkle the bottom of a pan with oil and breadcrumbs, then place the rolls and add more cheese and oil on top.
6. Bake at 180° for about 30 minutes.
