Tangerine upside-down cake: the recipe to make it fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
6-7 tangerines
100 g of butter
3 eggs
150 g of sugar
250 g of flour
10 g of baking powder
2 tbsp of sugar
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs with sugar, then add flour and baking powder.
2. Stir in melted butter, too.
3. Peel tangerines and cut them in half.
4. Butter a cake mold and sprinkle the bottom with sugar, then place tangerines.
5. Pour the batter on top.
6. Bake at 180° for 40-45 minutes.
