Mushroom tarts: the quick and tasty Holiday appetizer

Ingredients:
Bread (1 baguette)
600 g of mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
1 red onion
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
Dried oregano
Cream cheese
Chives
Directions:
1. For starters, slice the bread and toast it in a pan with some olive oil.
2. Cook mushrooms with onion and spices.
3. Spread cheese on top of each bread slices and add mushrooms on top.
4. Add chopped parsley and serve.
