Pizza mushrooms

Ingredients:
4 portobello mushrooms, stem removed;
3 tbsp olive oil;
1 cup pizza sauce;
2 cups mozzarella, shredded;
¼ cup pepperoni, sliced;
salt and pepper;
chili flakes, thyme for serving.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200C/400F.
Brush each mushroom cap with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
Fill each mushroom with sauce, sprinkle cheese on top and place pepperoni slices.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Add thyme and chili flakes before serving.
