Cheesy Naan bread: the easy recipe to make it fluffy and tasty

Ingredients:
400 g of flour
120 g of greek yogurt
5 g of brewer's yeast
3 g of salt
160 ml of lukewarm water
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of sugar
Cheese
Butter
Fresh parsley
Directions:
1. For starters, dissolve yeast in water.
2. Then add oil, flour, yogurt, sugar and salt.
3. Shape into an even dough and let rest for 1 hour.
4. Then cut it in 7/8 pieces and let rest 5 more minutes.
5. Fill with cheese and flatten the buns.
6. Let rest for 5 minutes again.
7. Cook in a hot non-stick pan.
8. Brush with butter and chopped parsley.
