Naan bread: fluffy and soft, it whets your appetite!

You only need 5 ingredients to make delicious flat bread in no-time and without the oven!

INGREDIENTS
500g (4 cups) flour
250ml (1 cup) water
a pinch of sugar
10g (2 tsp) salt
40ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
7g (2 tsp) dry yeast
 
METHOD
  1. Add water, yeast and sugar to the bowl. Add flour and salt. Knead the dough. Leave to rise for 2 hours.
  2. Divide the dough into eight parts. Develop with a rolling pin.
  3. Place on a pan until slightly browned, then on a flame until inflated. Serve.
