Stuffed focaccia: suitable to whet your appetite!

INGREDIENTS
400g (3 cups) flour
200ml (4/5 cup) water
20ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
7g dry yeast
4g (1 tsp) sugar
4g (1 tsp) salt
150g ham
300g cheese
1 zucchini
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl, add flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oil and knead the dough. Leave to rest for 4 hours.
- Divide the dough into two parts and roll out with a rolling pin.
- Put one part of the dough on the bottom of the pan, and then arrange the ham, cheese and zucchini on it. Put another part of the dough on top.
- Cut the squares in the dough, then oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Leave to rest for another 1 hour. Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 45 minutes. Serve.
