Stuffed focaccia: suitable to whet your appetite!

INGREDIENTS
400g (3 cups) flour
200ml (4/5 cup) water
20ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
7g dry yeast
4g (1 tsp) sugar
4g (1 tsp) salt
150g ham
300g cheese
1 zucchini
 
METHOD
  1. In a mixing bowl, add flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oil and knead the dough. Leave to rest for 4 hours.
  2. Divide the dough into two parts and roll out with a rolling pin.
  3. Put one part of the dough on the bottom of the pan, and then arrange the ham, cheese and zucchini on it. Put another part of the dough on top.
  4. Cut the squares in the dough, then oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Leave to rest for another 1 hour. Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 45 minutes. Serve.
