Homemade Gyoza: the recipe to make them effortlessly

Ingredients:
Celery
Carrot
Onion
250 g of chicken breast
Soy sauce
White wine
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
350 g of flour
250-300 ml of hot water
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Chop celery, onion and carrot.
2. Cook the chicken in a pan with olive oil and season with salt.
3. Shred the meat using a fork.
4. Stir fry vegetables from before, then add shredded chicken.
5. Pour white whine and let it evaporate. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and soy sauce.
6. Mix flour and hot water in a bowl, then knead until you get an even dough.
7. Cut it in smaller pieces and flatten using a rolling pin.
8. Make some disks out of it and fill with meat and vegetables from before.
9. Now close and seal the edges by pinching them.
10. Cook in a pan until with some olive oil, then add water and put a lid on.
11. Let cook until all the water evaporates.
