Apple pie: the recipe to make a delicious dessert everyone will love

Ingredients:

- For the dough:

300 g of flour

150 g of butter

100 g of sugar

1 egg + 1 egg yolk

1 pinch of salt

Water

- For the filling:

4 apple

Half a lemon juice

20 g of sugar

Cinnamon

30 g of butter

Directions:

1. Mix butter and flour in a large bowl. Then add sugar, eggs and a bit of water.

2. Knead into an even dough. Wrap it in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.

3. Peel and dice the apples; then add butter, lemon juice and sugar.

4. Season with cinnamon and cook in a pan until they soften.

5. Cut the dough in half and flatten using a rolling pin. Then place it in a cake pan and make some holes on the bottom using a fork.

6. Fill with cooked apples and cover with another layer of dough.

7. Use a cookie cutter to make some holes on top, the brush with egg.

8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, then bake at 170° for 40 minutes.
