Cloud buns: the recipe to make them extra fluffy and fragrant

Ingredients:
(for 10 pcs)
300 g of flour
180 g of lukewarm milk
30 g of extra virgin olive oil
20 g of sugar
1 large egg yolk
10 g of fresh brewer's yeast or 4 g of dry yeast
8 g of salt
Sesame seeds (optional)
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar into milk. Then add egg yolk.
2. Stir in flour and mix for 2-3 minute to blend all of the ingredients.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
4. Move the dough onto a floured work surface, fold the dough and shape into a balls.
5. Cut in smaller pieces about 50 g each, then place in a tray coated with baking paper.
6. Let rise again for 1 hour and 30 minutes in a warm place.
7. Brush their surface with egg whites, then decorate with sesame seeds.
8. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for about 15-16 minutes.
