Deep fried croissants: the original recipe to make them fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
1 tsp of dry brewer's yeast
2 tsp of sugar
115 g of lukewarm water
1 tbsp of butter
1/2 tsp of salt
1 egg
250 g of flour
500 g of vegetable oil for frying
1 tbsp of powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in water.
2. Add egg and flour.
3. Knead, cover and let rise for 20 minutes.
4. Flatten the dough and cut in triangles.
5. Roll to make the classic croissant shape.
6. Arrange them onto a baking paper sheet and let rise again for 30 minutes.
7. Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes.
8. Decorate with powdered sugar.
