Rose cookies: the recipe to make some beautiful and delicious treats

Ingredients:
1 egg
50 g of sugar
60 g of yogurt or sour cream
90 g of melted butter
270 g of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
100 g of walnuts
250 g of apricot jam
Powdered sugar for decoration
Directions:
1. Mix egg, sugar, yogurt and butter in a large bowl.
2. Then add flour and baking powder. Knead.
3. Shape into a smooth and even dough, wrap it in some plastic and freeze for 20 minutes.
4. Flatten using a rolling pin and make some disks using a cookie cutter.
5. Fill with jam and chopped walnuts, then close and shape into a rose.
6. Bake at 200° for 20 minutes.
7. Let cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
