Homemade choux pastries: the recipe to make them fluffy and perfect

Ingredients:
100 g of water
100 g of flour
50 g of sunflower or corn seeds
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Pour water and oil in a pot, then add salt.
2. Bring to a boul and add flour.
3. Stir continuously and cook for 1/2 minutes.
4. Move the dough into a bowl and let cool.
5. Now stir in eggs one at a time.
6. Shape the pastries using a piping bag and place them in a tray coated with baking paper.
7. Flatten them a bit with wet fingers.
8. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190° for 40 minutes.
