Fish balls with sauce: the tasty dish you need to try

Ingredients: 
500 g of cod (without skin and bones)
250 g of shrimps 
2 garlic cloves 
Half an onion 
1 leek 
1 piece of red bell pepper
1 egg 
Fresh parsley 
Bread slices
Milk 
Breadcrumbs 
1 tsp of tomato paste
Laurel leaves 
Salt and pepper 
100 ml of white wine
Olive oil 
 
Directions: 
1. Dry the cod and blend. Do the same with shrimps.
2. Soak bread into milk. 
3. Mix cod, shrimps, garlic, salt, pepper, egg, parsley and squeezed bread. 
4. Knead to combine all of the ingredients, then add breadcrumbs. 
5. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
6. Now make some fish stock with shrimps' shells and water. Cook for 20 minutes, then sift and set aside. 
7. Shape the balls and stir fry them in a pan with some olive oil. Then set aside. 
8. In the same pan fry chopped garlic, onion, leek and diced bell pepper. Season with salt then add tomato paste. 
9. Now pour in white wine and let evaporate, then let simmer for 3 minutes at medium-high heat. Then add fish stock. 
10. Let simmer and blend to get a creamy and thick sauce. 
11. Pour it back in the pan, add leftover stock, season with laurel and add fish balls. 
12. Cook for 15-20 minutes at medium-high heat.
